Stephanie Anokyewa Tawiah

Miss Stephanie Anokyewa Tawiah is a policy advisor and development finance professional. She recently worked at the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change office in London to support the New Operations and Performance team with strategy, policy and delivery across the Africa and APAC regions. Prior to that, she worked as an Investment Associate at Growth Investment Partners (a British International Investment platform) in Accra. She also worked as a Senior Associate at KPMG Ghana, specialising in Economic Policy Advisory and Strategy & Operations. Stephanie has over 5 years experience working with governments, private sector actors and development finance institutions including World Bank, BII and USAID.

Stephanie holds an MPhil Public Policy degree from the University of Cambridge and a First Class degree in Economics from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.

Her professional interests include economic policy advisory, impact investing, MSME development, strategy design and institutional capacity building.

Driven by her belief in evidence-based policymaking, she is passionate about influencing policy decisions, particularly in Africa, to create sustainable change.

Outside of professional interests, Stephanie enjoys sports, cooking and volunteering.
